From the "classy" lobby to the "beautiful", "super-clean" (and "smoke free") rooms, everything attracts amigos at this "new" hotel "on the fringes of the city" yet "near the airport and I-25" (with "free shuttle service"); residents rave they "sleep like a baby" in "comfortable" beds, customer service is "astounding" and the "sauna, pool and hot tub ease the tension of the journey"; the only drawback is that the "dining options are less than hoped for."

Accommodations very good.
Bathroom light switches confusing.

When I was there they were offering comp breakfast. I chose location because I needed to be at airport by 7 am. on Sat. They had made hours to begin breakfast later on Sat...not until 7:30 am. They refused to make any alternate breakfast arrangements for me at the hotel. suggested I eat at airport or buy at convenience store. ...read more

The staff was nice.
It was easy to get lost on side streets. No restaurant nearby.

I would have liked more fruit and or variety at breakfast. Nice place to stay for the price.

No room service while we were there.

Very comfortable beds, nice rooms.
Hotel staff were marginally helpful at best. Restaurant was very poor.

The hotel staff simply did not want to work very hard. With a lot of avoidance staying in the back office as opposed to coming out to the front desk to help people or I don't know answers with no attempts to actually find an answer, dealing with the front desk staff was an annoyance to say the least. The restaurant was horribly understaffed, and those that were there did not clean off tables, made errors in orders, and did not come close to keeping up on the buffets and the coffee was undrinkable. Worse latte I've ever had. The pool had no towels although the front desk staff were sure that there were plenty of towel, and the pool area was not well kept. Here's the pro the rooms were very comfortable and quiet, great beds, great shower/tub, and excellent location. ...read more

The hotel was clean and in very good condition.
The breakfast buffet was a disaster. Not enough staff to handle the crowd.

Hotel was nice. Very close to the airport but not too much airport noise. Hotel was kept very clean and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet didn't have enough people to handle the crowd (it was Balloon Festival time) so they were constantly out of everything. ...read more

Well run, excellent shuttle to and from hotel. Clean, an upscale hotel.
Other restaurants were 1 mile away. A long walk.

I liked this hotel. It was well run and clean and the meeting rooms were good for our purposes. My room was very good. This is quite close to the airport so travel to and from the airport was convenient. I wanted more variety in meals, and the restaurants were about a mile away. This is a long walk, but the weather was nice and I did not mind, but not good if you did not have a car. Food at the hotel was limited, but what they did have was good. I liked the continental breakfast and the guest tickets for the breakfast, it was much better than most hotels. ...read more

The room Looked nice.
The air conditioning was AWFUL. We hardly got any sleep and decided not to stay the second night.

This hotel did not meet my expectations for a 3 star hotel. I will not be recommending it to anyone. The thermostat for the air conditioning was right next to it so it would kick off before the other end of the room could cool down. It kept getting stuffy. None of us sleep well at all. ...read more

Nice, clean, modern, good location for Interstate exit and Airport. Quiet considering nearness to Airport.
It was easy to get lost on side streets. No restaurant nearby.

Very nice, clean, modern, comfortable, quiet. Most Hotels offer a continental breakfast. This one didn't, but has a nice restaurant and lounge. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds and choice of firm or soft pillows. Overall, very nice hotel. ...read more
